CrossFit519 Foundation F-101 Class
For people who have never tried CrossFit before our Foundations class is perfect to get you started. Crossfit519 walks through the basic body weight movement workout and goes through an overview of the fundamentals of Crossfit using the proper forms and techniques. The Foundation F-101 class starts at the beginning of each month.

Our Foundations Class is for you if:
You are Looking to Start Weight Training – If you have never weight trained before, CrossFit519 is a great place for you to start. Our Crossfit coaches will assist you and teach you the proper techniques to start weight training. You might even find that you enjoy strength training!
Simply Love Fitness – You know those people that love to work out every day? The way CrossFit519 classes are structured, you are working out with regular consistency. The typical gym protocol is 3 days on, 1 day off and repeat…but many people that take Crossfit end up at the gym every day. It can be addicting.
Are a Former Athlete – CrossFit519 builds-in teamwork, companionship, and competition in how they structure their courses. Almost all workouts have a time element to them. The time is fixed and you have to count how many repetitions you can do of an exercise or you either have to complete a certain number of repetitions of exercises in a certain amount of time. Some classes are designed for you get to compete with people in your class and always push the person next to you to be a better Crossfitter.
