    | I am one of those guys who gets very passionate about a few things. Those few things are my family, the work I do, and CrossFit! A few years ago, I found myself in the worst physical shape I had been in my life, and I was looking for something different, something bigger than simply running and lifting weights. As I began my search, a one month Groupon for CrossFit 519 was where I started. And, it is where I finished. In CrossFit, I found something that I love, and also something that makes me better in so many ways. Every time I step into our box, I get a chance to be a part of a family that accepts me for who I am and pushes me to accomplish things I didn’t know I could. At 519, so many people have poured into my life, and as a coach, I want to do the same. We are all capable of more than we are aware of, and I hope to help people discover that!

I am currently enrolled at California University of Pennsylvania to acquire my BS in exercise physiology.     | I am a graduate of Waynesburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Prior to 84 Fitness, I was the Vice President of Member and Program Development at Westmoreland Athletic Club & Galaxy Fitness. I am a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and National Physique Committee. I am a former Fitness and Figure competitor. Currently, I am a Level 2 CrossFit Coach and a CrossFit competitor. With my positive attitude, pleasant personality and experience as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Director, and Sales Consultant, my goal is to make 84 Fitness the best it can be.

    | I am a mom, wife, hairstylist, and CrossFit athlete/coach. I started CrossFit in April 2014 and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The CrossFit community is such an amazing place to be a part of. I love the friendships, the positive energy, but the best part is that we all become a family. Someone is always there to give you the confidence to keep going when you feel you want to give up. It does not matter your physical ability, what matters is that you have the drive and determination to better yourself! So of course when I got offered a spot to coach at CrossFit519, I jumped at the chance! I got my L1 Certification in March 2015. Becoming a coach has made me love CrossFit even more because seeing people push past their fears and accomplish things that they thought they never could do is such a wonderful feeling. I also love to compete in CrossFit because it pushes you to new limits. To sum it up CrossFit is for anyone no matter their physical ability, age, or gender. Come try it! I know you will not regret it!

    | Hello, I am Victoria (Six) Kuntz! I have been an AFAA certified personal trainer since 2013, a CrossFit Level 1 coach since 2015, and graduated in 2017 with a bachelors in business management, minoring in biology with an associate in technical studies.  I have been a USPA powerlifter since 2017 and hit an elite total in 2018 while holding several PA state records in the 60kg junior division. My favorite part of coaching at CrossFit519 is helping athletes become stronger and helping them to master difficult gymnastics skills! My favorite part about CrossFit is its ability to create a well-rounded athlete out of anyone!

    | I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and 4-year varsity softball letterman. Having been an athlete my entire life, I found myself needing a way to compete after college. My brother-in-law got me into CrossFit during one summer in college. I thought it was a great way to train for my sport during the summers. It wasn't until after college when competing in several 5k, 10k, and half marathons became boring that I fell in love with CrossFit and decided it was the best fit for me. I was always searching for something to use my fire and competitive side and Crossfit was it! I taught "Extreme Fit" at 84 fitness for 8 months before moving out of state. Now that I'm back, I mostly sub for our awesome Bodyweight Ninja class right now but love helping in any way that I can!

    AFAA Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor

    | I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and 4-year varsity softball letterman. Having been an athlete my entire life, I found myself needing a way to compete after college. My brother-in-law got me into CrossFit during one summer in college. I thought it was a great way to train for my sport during the summers. It wasn't until after college when competing in several 5k, 10k, and half marathons became boring that I fell in love with CrossFit and decided it was the best fit for me. I was always searching for something to use my fire and competitive side and Crossfit was it! I taught "Extreme Fit" at 84 fitness for 8 months before moving out of state. Now that I'm back, I mostly sub for our awesome Bodyweight Ninja class right now but love helping in any way that I can!

    | Hello, I am Victoria (Six) Kuntz! I have been an AFAA certified personal trainer since 2013, a CrossFit Level 1 coach since 2015, and graduated in 2017 with a bachelors in business management, minoring in biology with an associate in technical studies.  I have been a USPA powerlifter since 2017 and hit an elite total in 2018 while holding several PA state records in the 60kg junior division. My favorite part of coaching at CrossFit519 is helping athletes become stronger and helping them to master difficult gymnastics skills! My favorite part about CrossFit is its ability to create a well-rounded athlete out of anyone!

    | I am one of those guys who gets very passionate about a few things. Those few things are my family, the work I do, and CrossFit! A few years ago, I found myself in the worst physical shape I had been in my life, and I was looking for something different, something bigger than simply running and lifting weights. As I began my search, a one month Groupon for CrossFit 519 was where I started. And, it is where I finished. In CrossFit, I found something that I love, and also something that makes me better in so many ways. Every time I step into our box, I get a chance to be a part of a family that accepts me for who I am and pushes me to accomplish things I didn’t know I could. At 519, so many people have poured into my life, and as a coach, I want to do the same. We are all capable of more than we are aware of, and I hope to help people discover that!
