If you are new to CrossFit you will need to take 4 foundation classes before entering a regular WOD. The foundation classes begin the beginning of each month. Each person will complete two classes per week; Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday for the whole month. Makeup days will be on Saturday mornings.

After completion of our Foundations Course, you will be welcomed to schedule for our ELITE CLASSES. Our elite group classes run six days a week throughout the day and are designed to help you reach all of your fitness goals.
